Nice one mooney!! No doubt i will run this as my first race back to! When is sennellys? If thats how you spell it.. Im desperate to get back runnin so All you lads best be trainin hard cus when i get back its gna be a battle :) its time to make a serious name for this club and make all the other clubs fear us as thAt is what they shouldd be doing!!! Also id hate it if we were climbing onto a podium again and as we recieve the medals some dopey old bat asks us where the owls are from!! (This happend wen we came second at the national cross relays) nice one smarty

Sat 25th September, whose available?


Will be my first race back touch wood! Target sub 20, not the foggiest what shape I will be in


Re entry I haven't done this, I sent a few emails to MCAA before I left but couldn't get a closing date. Im back 3rd Sept and am happy to do it providing Im back in the country by then. 2 teams I'm guessing?


Cya all bradgate 5th Sept (if people aren't doing john fraser 10)
